There are those who love the idea of living near the water. And then there are those for whom life is not complete unless they live on the water. For the latter, the nearby marina provides the perfect port from which to come and go as you please. Boston is only about a 1/2 hour away. The Harbor Islands make for terrific day-trips. Fishing in the area is great. And don't forget all the coastline you can explore.
